They do not have the skills, the time, or the desire to do their own computer service, repair, and upgrades and that puts us right in the middle of one of the fastest growing industries in the world. On top of that, our business is not seasonal and it does not rise and fall with the economy. We offer initial training in Set Up, Marketing and a Technical overview. Ongoing support in Set Up is provided by your Regional Director in each state. Regular Regional meetings are held to allow training, marketing and business experience to updated. The Annual Asia Pacific Conference supported by our key sponsors (in 2007 Microsoft, Optus, Webcentral, Netgear, Sophos) provides a opportunity to review strategies, exchange ideas and recieve updates from Vendors and Franchisees alike.
Our online resources are significant with material available for Marketing, Vendors, General Business, and a significant Technical library. Franchisees can also participate in our forums that cover all our 450 Franchisees Worldwide where ideas, problems, and views can be exchanged with ease. We also have access to on line training in multiple areas through our regular Webinars (run by our US division) and our partnership with VTC (http://comptroub.vtc.com).
